Wireless iVibe Review

iVibe Goes Wireless

The popular rabbit vibrator made by Doc Johnson loses its wires.

Something made me want this rabbit vibrator.  Ever since the famous Rabbit Pearl vibrator was mentioned on Oprah a few years back rabbit vibrators have been flooding the market.  Some tall, some squat, some in the shape of dolphins, some mimicking angels, but all having the same basic penis-like shaft (with or with the rotating beads) and an attached clitoral arm.

When I recieved the notice from Doc Johnson that they are coming out with the wireless version of their hit vibrator iVibe.  Wireless! Yippee...

I imagine afer proper positioning  I would be able to lie back and avoid the fiddling with a cord or reaching around to an awkward that requires an uncomfotable and ungracious crotch-reach to change a speed or vibration variation.

The new wireless iVibe holds a streamline shape and the solid Doc Johnson brand supporting it.  So?

The handle is smooth with a ergonomic feel to it.  It fits easily in the hand. The weight balancing evenly.  The size of the shaft is not too big and not too small.  It has a few visible beads a few inches down from a bulbous head.

The rotation motor was fairly strong. Not overwhelming, but strong enough. The shaft and clitoral vibrations were just perfect! There were enough settings to appeal to whatever mood I was in.

The toy itself is waterproof, which is a plus to use it in the bath, but the remote is NOT waterproof.

Pros: Average length and girth is great for those wanting to try something new.  I was most pleased with the sensuous feel of the toy.  The remote was also a favorite part as the lack of wires freed up my hands and opened up the position change posiblities that are just not there when there is a wire.   The remote also allows my partner to get involved (when I want him to).  He loved controlling my pleasure and it intensified the experience for me.

Cons: The shaft does not bend like it does in some other rabbit vibrators.  I found I couldn't bend the rotating shaft for better sensation.

Conclusion:  Overall, I was pleased with this toy. It would be best for the woman who likes a variety of sensations and who wants the wireless experience.
