What makes a sex toy green?

Everyone seems to be claiming the "green" label to get people to buy in this economy. But what makes a sex toy really green?
A few things:

1. Is it made locally? The closer you are to the manufacturer (the factory) the greener it is. Most sex toys are currently "Made in China" or Europe.
